BIRD is the name chosen by the Author for this project, an acronym he uses regularly, and a title given by those who know him, one that stand for Become Interested Ready and Driven, which is the continuous theme of the book. Jay (As he prefers to Jason) has chosen to write this publication under the name of BIRD, but after several conflicts during the process of its publication, decided it was best to put his own name upon it to get it released.

 As a trained musician and self-proclaimed muse, he has spent years creating and writing, but until now has never published any of his works, I am BIRD is the first and only as of now.

His age and experience is what makes him a good writer, giving him great insight into the topics he chooses to elaborate upon, rant, rave, and even vent his frustrations. But there are also times when he is enlightening, humorous and even romantic, with a passion for what he creates, influenced by a variety of other medias, as well as Ayesha, to whom the book “I am BIRD” was created for and dedicated to.

 He has a very blunt, honest, and genuine approach to his writing, believing words are powerful, that we must embrace the good and bad at their full value, not only in ourselves, but in our lives, the world around us, and in the events that shape our character, which gives balance, as well as value to all that we experience.

 He conveys ideas, thoughts, and exposes his views on everything without being afraid to show his faults in humbleness, because he recognizes the impact it makes by doing so, reflecting upon the idea we fall and rise in cycles. Giving value to failures because they teach us to succeed, presenting ideas that are only appetizers to the main course each reader must serve up afterwards, and challenging us to examine our dreams, fears, and deepest desires upon our journey through life. His short ideas become grander ones on your journey forward, because they are not the answers as much as they are ideas of what the answers may be for each of us individually.

 Sometimes he falls but he finds a way to rise again in the form of BIRD and tries to find a way upon the path of his journey towards the STAR he is guided by, with a short pulp style to his chapters, and repeating themes he wants to reaffirm to his readers, he has a character that live up to the persona he chooses to use as his voice.

 I Am BIRD is about having the conversations and searching for the real truths, not selling out to the lies and propaganda, buying into the real deal of BIRD’s version of factualism, and becoming richer for your investment, by doing so.
